1. Service Scope & Pricing Structure
EZ $25 Per Room Cleaning Service offers residential, commercial, sidewalk cleaning, and snow removal services. Our standard room cleaning concept begins at $25 per standard room (bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways). Bathrooms, kitchens, oversized spaces, deep cleaning, commercial facilities, and specialty tasks are priced separately. Final pricing depends on property condition, square footage, and specific scope confirmed prior to service.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointment requests made through our website or telephone represent scheduling requests and are subject to availability and dispatch confirmation. We request 24-hour advance notice for any rescheduling or cancellations whenever possible.
3. Weather & Seasonal Services
Sidewalk cleaning and snow removal services depend directly on prevailing weather conditions, snowfall accumulation, safe travel conditions, and equipment accessibility. Specific arrival windows may shift during major winter storm events.
4. Inquiries & Business Opportunity Disclaimer
Submitting an employment application or business opportunity inquiry does not create an offer of employment, partnership, or contract. Business opportunity relationships are independent operator arrangements and do not represent a franchise offering.
